A novel triple branched thoracic stent-graft system

The Hector™ Thoracic endografts Stent Graft System is an advanced endovascular device developed by MicroPort® Endovastec™ and distributed in Europe by Lombard Medical. It is designed for the treatment of complex aortic arch pathologies, offering a novel triple-branched configuration to address challenging anatomies.

Hector™ Multi-Branch Thoracic Stent Graft System is intended to be used to treat aortic arch lesions requiring reconstruction of the three supra-aortic branches with ≥20mm healthy landing zone proximal to the lesions, as prescribed by the physician. The device restores aortic flow through the stent graft intimal lumen and maintaining aortic arch triple-branch perfusion.
